Not so sure about the Merlot, I reall prefer Reisling, and like yourself, I dont do sugar, except on Porridge (rolled Oats)
no sugar needed on that, either, they have their own sweetness...anyway, making Kitty dinner, back later.. ciao |

Hi Sadie and Ray, I doing good thanks.. Saw the dr today and I am within 3 degrees of bending my knee compared to where I was before the surgery.. We decided that I would continue outpatient therapy for 3 more weeks but only twice a week..
