After yesterday mornings walk. It took 3 hours to warm up to just about not freezing. Learned my lesson.

It is down right nipply here shshsh 20 degree's. 
Hummm the only walk I'm going to take is to the coffee pot to get something to warm me up......

Yeah I'm sitting here all wrapped up in my robe with a blanket on my legs propped up wondering who is going to get me more cappuccino and breakfast

Humm looks like I would be sitting here awhile... Good thing I got up had put a roast on and well it want cook if ya don't turn on the electric skillet

It took me two hours to realize that the crock pot was not turned on.

Ohhhh noooooooooo have to cook it in the electric skillet makes it much more tender and juicy....
We got a little snow but it melted by the time it hit the ground at my house. Dallas and north of me got more.... |

We got a little snow but it melted by the time it hit the ground at my house. Dallas and north of me got more.... I beg to differ. For maximum juciness put it in a covered dutch oven and place that in your oven. That way the heat will come from all sides, not just the bottom. But hey, I bet yours is yummy!

In a couple of hours, I put mine in the electric skillet fill it with water approx one inch from the top and let it cook down adding water as needed till the roast will peel off with a fork then I add the carrots wait about 15 min then add the potatoes ect I cheat and put a packet of brown gravy in mine when I add the potatoes.....for the sauce.
Ohh and I add lemon pepper from the beginning....

Well just ate Roast for the second time hummm huhhh good...Thought my son was going to get to eat with me today but he ended up having to work
Ohh well
Will make a stew with it tomorrow

That is the same thing I did this weekend. Have food ready for the week.
