Sadie, come on down..I'm making King Ranch Turkey Casserle. how do we make that? Is that for the party? It's really simple. Bake a turkey and de-bone it. Make a base out of cream soups.. celery, mushroom, and chicken Saute celery and onion and diced chiles add to soup with broth layer corn tortilla strips in a pan, layer meat layer base top with grated cheese repeat until you run out of stuff. Top with grated cheese and bake. I'm makeing 4 of them I've done a similar, love the chiles in it. I have started using Anaheims instead of bell peppers...really like the difference
