| Antione Fisher of the movie "Antione Fisher" the real one. I met him here in San Diego in person for my 50th Bday. I still have his pic and shirt above my computer and his books in my collection. I love his enthusiasm for life and his personality. | |

      Some more.....
Lloyd Kaufman, co-founder of Troma Studios, and director of such classics as Toxic Avenger, Tromeo and Juliet, and Poultrygeist: Night Of The Chicken Dead. I've enjoyed all of his DVD commentaries, and I highly recommend his books(even if you're not a Troma fan)- Direct Your Own Damn Movie!, Produce Your Own Damn Movie!, Make Your Own Damn Movie: Secrets of a Renegade Director, and All I Need to Know about Filmmaking I Learned from the Toxic Avenger. Joe Bob Briggs, lover of all things B-movie, the only professional film critic I pay attention to, host of Drive-In Theater, then later Monstervision on TNT. And his DVD commentaries for films like I Spit On Your Grave, Hell High, Warlock Moon, and Jesse James Meets Frankenstein's Daughter are hilarious and informative. | |
