Topic: Would you go on a second date if this happened to you?

LOL In agreement with the whole u should have atleast some money when going out on a date. Just had to make the point that money isn't the Big Picture unless you're shallow. Just my opinion, it seems valid. Look all he had to do was hold a decent conversation and that would have made up for his no money deal and the no car deal maybe the looks cant promise that he really should have never asked for the kiss though be serious.

Looks are the 1st impression, so If they ugly, get the f$%# out! LOL Conversation helps, but if it one of those steamy, hot attractions, actions speak louder than words ;)

I stepped out for a bit...noticed a lot of activity...including several posts stuck in between mine, which would have altered my previous post had I seen them. Okay...just caught up. First off, I had mentioned that I didn't read the whole thread. But, if there was going to be no second date, then this whole discussion is moot. What does it matter? As for sweetestgirl's question to me, I do agree with your point. Personally, I don't like the whole "pay my entire way" deal. I want to do that when I think a woman really is special, not just to get her attention. If I treat every woman as special, doesn't that mean that every woman is special in my eyes? That makes me insincere. It also makes it increasingly harder to impress a woman when you really want to. Dating has changed tremendously in the past 20 years. The rules have changed. Still some do cling to the old way regardless. I think it's an outdated tradition. When I really like a woman, I will bend over backward and do back flips for her. If I just want to get to know her, I prefer to meet somewhere in between. Maybe I pay the tab, but we take seperate cars. Or maybe we split the tab, and I insist on paying most of it. It depends on the woman and her own views. Anyway, I'm only here to tell it as I see it. In this case, I missed something that I should have read.
