Tazz r u a chef? and if u r what time will u come over to give me cooking lessons? In 85 I completed culinary school as a four star chef. Have not work as one. Just for internship at a few places. Still cook at times with the taste and go method. I love to cook. Because I love to eat.

i like mixing flavores. Sometimes they work sometimes they r a hazard to ur health! I love watching chefs so i can mimick some of their cooking. I am teaching myself how to steam fish over a bed of banana leaves. I tried Salmon, was not very good. My next try is fish tacos.

You can get yourself a bamboo double steamer, wash the leaves very good. Season the leaves, place them under the salmon, in the streamer.

i didnt season the leaves! ty for that!i didnt know u could do that, duh now i feel like an idiot. makes sense. and i didnt wash the leaves. the bag it came in said prewash! and i got the double bamboo steamer.

A cook friend let me know that way of cooking. We all learn how to cook and seasonings that work. For fish tacos i like a fish with a firm meat to them. Red snapper works grand, so does halibut but for the price.
