   i got a call on the 1st telling me of a suicide to a very beloved friend/ex soulmate.and then a lot at work and bad reaction to new med with grandson allmost stroked and he isnt even 15 yet and i am having a tough time with all this.just now getting back on so sorry to those i did not get ans for a long while.death is hard to deal with but suicide is very tough.will b posting a poem his nephew wrote the nt before funreal with n the next few day's.

Death is hard, especially during the holidays. Does your local hospital have a bereavement/grief group (ours does and it is free) and they help people work through their pain and loss.
I am so sorry you are going through this. Reach out to friends during this time, don't isolate yourself. Take care of yourself.

I can relate as I lost my father to suicide.. thank's my friend and it help's when someone has gone through it and this is the 2nd n 4 yr's i've had to deal with and i'm having alot of trbl with this one and now the other is coming back at me so i thank every one for the support and write me any time all of u.

 I want to think every one for the prayers and understanding.but i'm stil having a lot of trbl.and now the 17 of this mo my dad gone 31yr's and my gma 27 yr's the 26th.Thank's a bunch everyone with all my Suzanne there is allso a poem to say good bye on the poem thred his 22 yr ol nephew wrote from the N SOUL AND READ IT THE DAY OF SERVICE I CAN HARDLY READ STILL TO THIS DAY TOOK A LOT FOR ME TO POST IT.

i still am and finding it very hard to move on,got christmas done and over ,hoping the new yr will shine some lt down on me and cowboy cause he's till n denial as i am.i just dont want to let go and relize he's gone just wish more folks would understand thanks to the few who do Suzanne
