I live in the valley of the sun, Phoenix AZ where there is 340 days of sun shine....

I have known lots people get sun stroke and for a very long time after they get it they are vert sensitive to heat and sun for some times years.

sun poisoning is a severe sunburn not sunstroke.

and swelling, do your best to drink alot of water.. a fine mist of calendula will keep it from cracking to deeply...depending on how badly you reacted
begin to add aloe vera and vitamine C and E to your diet and heal from the inside out as well...it helps alot!
sometimes an anthistimine helps see a doctor.

hope ya feel better soon
