How many of you have realized that carreer politicians appearently have no morals.

I see advertisements from 'this' one telling me 'that' one is a low down dirty scoundrel...

Followed in the next second from an advertisemt from 'that' one telling me 'this' one is a low down dirty scoundrel.

Both lie about the other (an excerpted sound bite is a lie-of-omission)...

They spend as much money prosecuting an election as our country does when prosecuting a WAR.

Kinda makes me wonder.

Perhaps it be time to remove all of them from office and put in some High School Students with morals, dreams, and guts.

It's because politicians care more about keeping their jobs than doing anything useful.

and because it works, if it didnt they would not invest the money in those types of ads

our politicians are a reflection of our citizens,, whether we admit it or not

This is exactly what you would expect to happen in a media-heavy capitalist democratic society.

Right? Either you get rid of your media, or your capitalism, or your democracy, or you can sharpen your thinking skills to weed out the wheat from the chaff.

Actually, when they are called each other "scoundrel" is the only time they are telling the truth.

I am ready to ditch all of them too.

Or you can stop thinking we are a democracy...

Like a responsible citizen of a REPUBLIC.

That is why I support term limits in Congress and the Senate. Power corrupts after an extended period of time.
