When the person at work who does the scheduling told me that she loved me. Then the next day she asked me to come in and said, "You know I love you and we like you, too." I figure at this rate she will ask me for my hand in marriage if we get any more short handed.

i got rid of the problem that was causing mine to go up which i hated the feeling there was a guy that i used to be with over 20yrs ago i met him while i was going through my divorce.. we were together for a yr and i had enough of his crap (i mean he was a good guy) but his problem had to do with his drinking... and after we had broken up we still were friends and he would continue to come over but he i still didnt see changes and he would make a mistake on somethig and say oh im sorry well geeze i had to repeat myself on his problem half a million times and there would times i was stress i could literly feel my blood pressure go up because of him and when he wasent around i felt fine. now sense he lives in neveda i dont have a problem of him coming over. if i talk to him on the phone i can tell him off or something...LOL!!! |

I know. Right? I love it when they say they are going to cut hours. I know I can plan on having over time then. The people who usually don't show really miss then because they know they will be helping management because management is trying to save money on having to pay people to work. I just love management. I wish I could be as smart as they are but then I am only just an aide. To me it would make more since to pay the people straight time instead of paying me time and a half. You can go ahead and tell them. They know I am too stupid to understand this stuff and they never want to hear us because they are more experienced. I just love it when they come out of their ivory towers and show us how to do our jobs. It takes a while to clean up the mess after they have left but then we are used to cleaning messes because it is what we do for a living.

I am always saying THANK GOD I AM INDEPENDENT 99% OF THE TIME. I love seeing the faces when the high and mighties come around doing their "inspections". Oh and when they try to act like they are on first name basis with us residents...that is freakin hilarious!
