of life?
We are as everything is, born to die. Evolution seems to lend some hint as to what is really going on. Life likes to experiment. That is why there are punctuated moments of change (mutation) as well as gradual changes. Life tries to fill every environmental niche possible. It is like a constant experiment to find perfection. But as for us... Are we part of a greater program or truly self determinate? If it were an experiment it seems the ultimate outcome is failure... |

We haven't evolved (physically) that much in the last several decades because we are 'killing' the viruses that help to evolve us. |

There has to be a point?

Life is a force, presence, being, which must express itself in as many forms as possible. It is eternal. IT is.

The point.
It is the moment you are in now. Life itself is not a point rather It is a path. |

Meaning is irrelevant without something to discuss what that meaning is. Animals and plants don't worry too much about meaning and they seem to do all right.
Meaning is an abstract concept which is only conferred by you. You can have anything mean anything. Or you can choose to have things mean what everyone else seems to have agreed on, even if it is arbitrary. Why not? It makes life easier. But it's not "real" in the sense that rocks are real. Good luck. |

to solve anything, one must reduce to the simplest equasion?
no different than mathematics. so, if one wish to solve the meaning of life, than it would only need to solve what hath the MOST meaning to ITSELF, in this life. or what be of the MOST VALUE, unto ITSELF? since there are many wants of the self, more and more in a modern world, only a process of elimination, to the simplest, can reduce the wants and/or things important to self, to something that self can actually SEE ITSELF, FOR ITSELF. that cannot be done except in a backwards fashion, of seeing what is of the least meaning, than progressing down to ONE MOST THING, that have most meaning or value to self. done. once this is actually done, nothing would ever seek or want to know any meaning of life for itself ever again, as it has become tangible unto itself, so known. without this, one would truly feel as wandering and not knowing how important itself actually is unto "others". |
