omg, i woke with the worst toothache ever this morning. i called my dentist and told him what was going on and he told me it sounded like my teeth were impacted and it was pinching a nerve. so i go in 2 1/2 hours ago, and sure enough, they had to pull 2 teeth. so now i'm miserable, depressed, and i look like a blowfish, lol.
sorry, just had to vent, not trying to get attention. |

never had to get any kind work done before, not even a cavity, see if i ever go back

hey I'm a dental assistant did he give you pain meds??? and if you put ice on it for 20 min then rest for 1hr then light heat for 20mins you'll feel better faster and if you have any questions let me know take it easy and watch yourself when you get up out of chairs take care

lol, thanks so much everyone, and heather, he just gave me tylenol with coedine, booooo. but thanks for the advice, i got lightheaded when i went to get the pen from my 2 yr old, lol.

Scotch would make it bleed more, actually lol. But I get 4 teeth pulled next month! God only knows how I'm going to eat anything lol

awwwwwwwwwww....(((((((((((((Sweet)))))))))))))my 11 year old just had 2 teeth pulled monday. I know how you feel too. Take it easy. At least they didn't give you vicodin's like they did my kid

I'm getting implants in a few weeks.
Been to the dentist about five times this month. And the oral sugeon once too. Fun stuff.
