I remember blk & wht tv....no videos......had to go to the drive in........loved original Star Trek!!!! After we got a color tv.....years later ahshahah...purple bike with ape hanger handle bars....just barely came out with the ten speed bike......hot rods with 8 track stereos, LMAO! I could go on but Im laughing too hard

I believe that Roosevelt was just expressing a fraction of what he may have been experiencing during his time. He prpbably didn't even realize that he would be quoted years later and that people might actually take him literally. Amazing.
