I didn't know d&d was considered a larp. I looked into the SCA but wasn't interested in spending that kind of money, but was active in amtgard for about 8 yrs.

my buddies work in a leather shop so we get most of the equipment free but i usually play as a gnome wizard hows that gonna work for me?

When I first got involved I played as a barbie, a scout, and an archer. Then went into colour as a bellydancer for a couple of years. After that I had fun rolling those into an immortal werewolf originally from Pictish times and flashing out that persona. Much fun, let me shift garb and weapons into whatever floated my boat that day. Still have my swords, and the plan for a shield, but doubt I will get back into it.

Equus..youre so cooool... Thankee! Though let me add that my swords are padded and head shots were illegal. The big head that is. Everything else is fair game. Bwahahaha!
