ok my sis is 16 years old n she asks my mom to pick out her clothes an fix her hair all the time she acts like she is 10 all the time and people always ask her if she is 10 11 or 12 years old its so irritating should i claim her? i hate sayin we r related

Unless she's mentally or physically disabled, there is NO reason whatsoever why she can't do all of that for herself. So yes, your sis IS immature. I hope your mother sees that some day.
