Oh, so many possibilities, and so many combinations of such an easy bird to cook. I am making an Asian Roast Chicken tomorrow for dinner, and I am very much enjoying different ways of roasting a chicken, full-bird with stuffing. A classic way to make chicken here is to marinate the whole chicken in Italian dressing, then to slow smoke till tender but not dry.

um well, i roast my chicken in a bag that has tenderizer in it, and then, i bake it in the microwave.
it is hideous, but it makes for a wonderful dinner.
