"Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. 16 But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that 'by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.' 17 And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector.

18 "Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

Yahshua tells us that we are not to spread rumours or misguidings aboutr anyone.

This is a basic way of showing your brother/sister something that just is not right.

On the 3rd try it is announced and they or the person is let free of the fold so that hopefully they will come to thier sences after they see how far satan will mislead them..

Most people when they start down a path of destruction will finally say to themselves this is just not right.. say thier friends want to rob a place for example and his spirit can not handle this..

This is when he returns to the fold seeing he wants to come back and he is forgiven and satan looses.

This though is the binding and loosening of the Holy Spirit.

Many have said what this is to thier own advantage but the Holy Spirit can only be or come through The Assembly...The Rock

And this same Rock can loose the Holy Spirit. If the individual is evil he will return to Satan if not he will see his ways.

No different than when you finally let go of your children..

Is It?

You want them to come back.

So Judgement starts at the House of Israel!!
