Anybody home tonight? Just poppin in...getting a cold...feel like crap so might call it an early night and lay in bed and watch telly Had a wonderful day yesterday in Winterset, Iowa. It was the Madison County Covered Bridge Festival. Lots of good eats, beautiful scenery and nice relaxed day. Except for whomever I caught this dang cold from.... Hi Mary

Having a big get-together next Saturday night for adult birthdays. Anyone got any good idea/recipes for appetizers? So far am making by demand: Goulash Garlic Bread Salad Birthday Nummies for 3: Pumpkin Bars Giant Chocolate chip cookie Ghirardelli chocolate cookies Then for the bonfire time: Black Bean dip/ chips Garden Roll Ups I need more appetizer ideas...help??????????
