First Kiss


I want to do it, But I'm afraid.
I don't know how you will react, Or what you will say.

I don't want to mess up, And look like a fool.
I don't want you to think, That I'm not cool.

Will you give me a sign, Then I will try.
I really like you, It's just I'm shy.

I'm going to take the chance, And do it right now.
I'm going to show you, That I do know how.

I'm thinking about you, As I reach for your chin.
I gaze into your eyes, As I pull you in.

When our lips attach, I close my eyes.
Your lips are warm, And softer than mine.

When we finish, I fell something in my heart.
It's of love, And I don't ever want to depart.

As I think, All about this.
I remember that, It was my first real kiss.
