We think we know, but we won't truely know what love is till we leave this earth and see our father. |

We think we know, but we won't truely know what love is till we leave this earth and see our father. That's why so many marriages don't last. They don't truly grasp better or worse. People don't see what that may lead to. Love is the greatest gift in existence, a very rarely seen emotion. People these days are like little kids and anything shiny catches their eyes. As in, if they see a very beautiful woman in their eyes and hit it off pretty good, they think they love the person, when in all honesty they are only greatly infatuated with him/her. And when the crap starts rolling down hill they bail off the path and stray away rather then face it hand in hand. You CAN'T claim that you are head over heals for so and so, and that you would do ANYTHING for that person, then you get in a couple fights over petty things and it breaks it, that there shows that they never did true LOVE each other. Love doesn't come and go, it is and always will be. |

Jesus said: Matthew 5: 43, "Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 44, "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45, "That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 46, "For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? 47, "And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? 48, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect." |
