I wonder if Canadians have turkey for their Thanksgiving. I know I work with a bunch of turkeys at work. Are there any turkeys in Canada? When was the first Canadian Thanksgiving?

Well I know there cooking a Turkey and figure they have turkey's there

Its hard to soar with eagles when you work with turkeys.

I wonder if we have any Canadian turkey farmers.

Good morning, friends. I got to soar with an eagle last night. She works at the hospital ER and comes here sometimes. The night just flew by. Next thing I knew it was time to punch out and go home. She is as good as her daughter-in-law the nurse who is coming back PRN. I have been having a little problem with the tet hoses and she made it look so easy. I was trying to put this tet hose on the nurse who is now a resident and she was smiling. I was going to tell her to go back to sleep you are suppose to have dementia. It always amazes me when they come out of the dementia. I told her to give me a hug so I could put her in the chair. But then I told her that it is the only way I can get a hug. Then she told me to behave.

Spent 8 hours on the roof after work, yesterday. I have a few rows done on the house. Had to figure out how to put the flashing in where the new room and house connected. I have a broom on the roof to sweep off the acorns and they are still falling. Good morning.

Its a nice cool day here. Had some mushroom soup after I went to the hardware store to get some more tacks. I wish I had some knee pads.

Good morning. Our nurse, Thelma is out of the hospital. They had to induce a coma while they worked on her then took her out of the coma. I didn't know they could do that. She is back at her house recuperating. We have had people checking up on her. I am glad the workaholic is taking some well deserved time off. I just wish it wasn't under the present circumstances.

Good morning Roy and friends, sun is shining now but getting rain later today.. Weather has been beautiful this past week.. My knee surgery is scheduled for Nov 5th so lots of things to do to get ready... Have a nice day everybody!

Good morning, Carole. I am glad I got the shingles up then. I had a good night at work. Brought some coffee home with me. I found my coffee cup at work, too.

Thank you. We have been so worried about her. The new DON is trying to get more good help so that we are more adequately staffed. She is putting sign up sheets for days that she had to let some go because they missed too much. It is like overtime season for those who want to work. I know that sounds like a contradiction in terms because who really wants to work but some need the overtime now because of Christmas coming up and some are just naturally poor with lots of bills to pay.

Does the rain bother your joints? I know we have some people here who can tell you when it is going to rain that way.

Yes, I can usually tell when the weather will change. I had rheumatic fever also as a child and that doesn't help my joints either..
