Yes I was. I signed up because my parents were so very mean, so very stupid, did not love me.
After coming home for leave I found that upon my return, while I was gone my parent were the most intellectuality, the nicest people, to this day I will ever known. I can say that I did grow up very fast. At 17 I found a new meaning to life. |

Yeah. It was a wonderful day. This picture is what my van is supposed to look like. I found it on the Smithsonian Institute. Unfortunately the Woodie panels on my van don't look this good. We did get the windshield out of a 1988 van to go into my 1986 van. We were trying to get the front right spindle out of 1987 van because I need the part that holds my wheel bearing in. Oscar was thinking hopefully the bearing in the one we were trying to pull would be good. I can get a new wheel bearing with no problem from the parts store if need be. The seats in the 1987 were in excellent shape. I was looking at the 1987 model they had which contained a 6 six cylinder whereas mine is a 2.6 four cylinder. The 1988 model had the four cylinder but it was the 2.2 four cylinder. The hatchback we took out weeks before out of the 1987 has the wiper arm good where mine I had got broke plus it had the rear window defroster which mine only had the the plain back glass. So instead of going for a restoration to standard we will be going for a custom rebuild. The 'money pit' will be looking better but how much better is still in the plans because the 'money pit' costs too much money for me to afford at times. It is a labor of love. I hope your morning is good.
