i myself am 45 and i think, again "I THINK" lol i dont look it. i dont feel 45.im very active.my two sons 18 and 20 says i dont look it,"when i was filling out my will" lol.what do you think?

Most of the time I don't feel it and hope I don't look it but there are days that I sure feel it and feel I look it...

I suffer from a rare condition known as ' The Peter Pan complex'
so I never feel my age.. dont think it ( as much as possible) look? ill let you be the judge im 32 |

I'm still in my 40's for 20 some more days....and no..a big fat no. I don't feel my age at all, whatever that means. Do I look it..?? To some I suppose I do, to some I suppose I don't since that's a dang subjective question.
Matters not to me how "old" or "young" one THINKS I look. |

I don't know what it's "supposed" to feel like to be in my 40's. I just feel like I feel. I am actually MUCH more happy with myself and life in general than I was even in my 20's.

I'm aging gracefully; thanks to Mom. But I can't party like a ROCK STAR like I use to. Use to be able to sleep an hour and go to work. Now, I'm out of commission and need more time to recoop!!! Oh well.........can't have it all! |

I only feel old when something hurts, which is quite often
and as long as I don't wear my glasses when I look in the mirror I don't think I look my age

 True that! Particularly, when they claim that "50 is the new 40" due to different lifestyle, diet and health care! and so on.................

Definitely feel my age of 49 from sports injuries.
Knee ligaments, hip flexors, shoulder rebuild and two lumbar discs. Summer mtn biking and x-c skiing in the winter and some other low impact aerobic activities are about all I do regularly. I don't play league hockey anymore but still get to the rink with my nephews now and then. I avoid the moguls when I'm alpine skiing so my knees will last all day without too much swelling. My plan is to keep given'r until I can't give'r no more.
