So, upon seeing the plethora of people out there and wondering what I'm supposed to be doing, I figure... why not...

I am... well, I'm not really sure how to classify me. I'm not a movie buff, though I do love movies. I'm not a music-nut, though I do know and love a lot of music. I am not one of those sensitive, emo artists that cry over emo music that "totally gets into my soul" (though I do cry over some music...). I am not some eccentric book-collector, though I do own a LOT of books... I suppose I'm just me.

I have no children, just my resinfamily (more on that in a bit) and my dog, Sweeney (Todd). I draw cartoons, comics, portraits, ehatever gets me sandwich money. I write fantasy fiction and enjoy reading a fanciful yarn. I love to listen to music: Voltaire, Emilie Autumn, Nightwish, Tori Amos--LOTS. I love to watch movies. V for Vendetta, Labyrinth, The Princess Bride, Ponyo, Scott Pilgrim Versus the World, Vampire Hunter D--I love me some fantasy films!

I am pretty well out of work right now, thought I'm doing random temp work for various employment agencies in hope of finding something to last longer. I hope to find someone to prove history wrong and show me that hey, I may actually be worth it. I live in the middle of nowhere, I know, but I travel a lot, I'm up in Omaha about once a week at minimum, and am online -constantly-.

Long story short, I've dated two people before. That was pretty much it. once in the beginning of high school, and once over the past 15 months or so, and neither did me much good. I'm hoping that maybe I could find someone to make me feel like I'm worth it.

Oh, you're worth it. And I think you probably know that you are, too. But like the 'plethora of people out there that you've seen', you might be in a rush to begin the rest of your life with a mate.
While life is short, you do have the rest of your life to find your life mate.
