Other than the natural aging process, what do you think has added years onto your life?

The pain of thinking that most of my family is gone and the mistakes I have made, but I look forward to the future I am still young in so many ways.

The Environment and Stress! The Economy and Stress! Cancer! yet in remission Age-ing is a part of life, I have come full circle in this process and will enjoy the next 20+ years or so... I look at every wrinkle as a mile stone to what brought it there...

Other than the natural aging process, what do you think has added years onto your life? my mother's death being separated from my children my ex husband - anything involving him is always incredibly stressful

What has aged me? The stresses of every day life. Children. Work. Growing old and know I'm getting older every day. Afraid that I won't achieve what I want in life. Missing my Dad.
