my friend has a mingle account but when she went to log on, the password was wrong, so she was sent a new password to her email except she didnt get one! We are wondering whether someone hacked into her account and changed her info. How can i help her?

I have sent the information to the site administrators to look into. They only way someone can hack into an account is if they have access to the password.....such as someone having access to that computer.
