Considering that there are young impressionable minds who may believe that Fox News Channel is really news, it needs to be known that it isn't really news but right wing extremism in a false forum of news.

It is good to keep the public aware so the young minds know to question it.

But isn't that your opinion? Shouldn't others be able to decide for themselves?

Hell no! That's the leftists way and if you disagree with them they call you a racist, homophobe, islamaphobe etc. Unfortunately there are way too many honkies out there who fall for this tripe and get suckered into feeling guilty about **** that other people do or did. I don't feel guilty about anything, Ted Nugent for president!

I don't feel guilty about a damn thing, never did, I still think Fox is a bunch of hypocrite clowns who continue to poison the minds of people, turning them into hate-machines.

Both sides propaganda their agendas through the media, the very first time campaigning went from radio to mainstream TV media millions more people watched and listened to the campaign, now whether it had anything to do with John F Kennedy running I have no idea......but the beginning of the end of the campaign trail and old ways of politican went out the window........there was a new forum to push the Democratic and Republican agendas.........but if you hamper them by shutting them off then you interfere with the Rights of Freedom of Press and Speech......if you hinder those rights and take them away where will it end? And what happens when history becomes silenced?

You guy's are just upset that not only does Foxnews out do all other news networks as far as viewers per show and has been voted time and again the most trusted news network by independant agencies.

Try again.

They may have a lot of viewers, but anyone with common sense can see that they aren't a trustworthy news source. They aren't fair and balanced as they claim, either. I have to wonder how people see otherwise.

*Sigh* here, let me post this once again.

In January 2010, Public Policy Polling reported that Fox News was the most trusted television news channel in the country with 49% of respondents stating they trust Fox News. Fox also scored the lowest level of distrust with only 37%, and was the only channel to score a net positive in that regard, with a +12%. CNN scored second in the poll with 39% of those polled stating that they trusted the news channel, and 41% stating distrust, a -2% net score.

much of tv is like a virus, slowly eating away at standards and common sense

I try to stick with the LOCAL news or the newspaper,,,its not as easy to mislead in black and white as it is in thirty second soundbytes and snippets,,,and the information is more easily verified and RE verified in print(because of citation requirements)

otherwise, tv is mostly great for entertaining, not for fact finding,,lol

Maybe that means conservatives who watch Fox are more gullible? I'm not sure. That poll really means nothing to me.

If you like Fox and believe Fox, then keep watching. I watch sometimes, for entertainment and to see what they're saying. But, it's pretty obvious to many that they're not fair and balanced as they claim. And not a trustworthy news source.

In a country like the US which has 60% of it's people not believing in something as simple as evolution then yes we have some really really dumb people who'd fall for POX's Shillsheet.

Polling dumb people does not excuse POX for lying constantly...

So you are saying science over religion because it is tangible with, and anyone who doesn't get in line with Darwin's theories and scientific studies, as well as the "Big Bang Theory", remains a stupid individual over a faithful/spiritual individual. If that is the case why are most scientists religious? What exactly do you believe in? Polar shifts of which the Myans and Aztecs followed and of course the craft belive in. Yes, I studied animisms and the religious aspects from ancient times and cultures. Most that believe in that aspects turn their backs on the spiritual religion.......so my question to you is how does your faith support your statement so to speak? Lying is never excused, but neither should conspiracy theories be spread without unequivocal proof? Of which, there is not, only hypothetical meanderings without scientific evidence of an actual occurence that way. Give me unequivocal proof that our government bombed the WTC, and killed thousands of US citizens and I wont call it a conspiracy theory. Obviously they cant or the administration would all ready be called before congress and the Supreme Courts of the nation. Of course that is if you wish to use science to prove this theory. Funny how none has been offered only accusations.......Like Bill Mahar and Spike Lee are officiating authorities on the theory........show me the test models studies and how they completed this theory and the hard scientific evidence you place your faith and stock in......lab trials and theory scientific results can be made to look anyway they wish with adjustments to their mathematical sequences..........right math only lies when science tells it to.......

More people trust Fox for real and true news than any other. They must be doing something right!!

And you get your antidotal facts from where?

And Moe ... the Daily Show and Cobert Nation do have Adult content advisories ... so your point is mute.

How many people were polled? Where were they from? Ages? There are lots of factors. Just stating that there's a poll that says everyone thinks something doesn't mean it's absolutely accurate. I just have a hard time believing that in reality, people think Fox is a trustworthy news source.

Just what makes you think that any news outlet is a trustworthy news source?

What is your standard for comparison?
What criteria do you judge by?
