Do you feel more comfortable with a man or woman boss? Why? IME; men. Women are usually very CATTY! Probably why I have more male friends then women!! 
There has been only 1 woman who was the BEST boss that I have ever had in my career. Miss her tons, and she was the coolest! |

In my experience, i have found women bosses better, they care more, and are more efficient, more likely to be team players.

Im not really bothered either way. Ive had terrible male bosses and terrible female bosses

For me, a man makes a better boss. I might be too distracted to work if my boss were a sexy-looking or glamorous woman.

Doesn't really matter much to me. Before I became self-employed most of the places I worked for quickly figured out that things worked better than ever when I did things my way, so I'd usually get bumped up to a boss position or they just let me do things the way I want and they left me alone!
