run to me hurricane gorge yourself on the delectable warm waters where your crescendo builds to dizzying heights and your inner wall wraps tightly fiercely in an attempt to tear the sky pull the vast ocean high into your calm center and whip the spectators on your periphery violent lashes and through your vast swells they will come to know merciless fury and bend like palms prostrating at evening prayers for it is your season and climate favors optimal development so race to my shore and flood my glades and devour my home and lay waste my estate pound yourself against the earth and like the meteor burns in utter consummation exhaust yourself in a torrent and lie gasping spent with soft rain then drizzle and mist and fog and cool humid air in the evening afterglow while the swirl of a new wave breaks free of the african coast to surf the favorable current and slake herself and devastate me again it is nature's Way |
