Ruth's Worst Line post led me to thinking about goofs, so post 'em.

There's also a part in Star Wars at the end when Luke has just landed after the Death Star has been destroyed. Mark Hamill calls Carrie Fisher by her real name instead of saying Leia. |

Well, it's not a goof but when Denise Crosby was leaving Star Trek: The Next Generation she waves good-bye as Picard and Crusher are walking out the shuttlebay. (0:21 sec)

I caught this the other day..
At the beginning of the movie The Losers, They stick playing cards to their foreheads. Chris Evans' card keeps flipping upside down everytime the camera leaves and comesback to him. |
