Topic: my life is in boxes

or at least the last 10 years of it. I am leaving a place where I did not live by choice. I am surrounded by boxes of "stuff." They remind me that this time I have made a choice. that I am in charge of my choices this time. It is a strange, good feeling

Thank you. Part of me is clocked out mentally just waiting for it all to be over & behind me But this little voice from somewhere tells me to savor the moments, take time to remember the past before looking forward to the future.

Just be sure to clearly mark your boxes. There's nothing worse than loosing track of your rubber ducky! yes, thank you! I am doing so primarily out of respect for my sons who are moving me - so they don't have to ask what room to put things in - all boxes are clearly marked now my challenge is not to make too many uber heavy ones. They are young men, but still...dont want anyone to get hurt

I have things in boxes that haven`t been gone through for my last 2 moves. I need to get the lead out and get rid of some of it.

I hear ya sister....I'm packing up here myself. I'm just a few days away from a 14 hour drive to my new place. Boxes all over the place, cleaning, packing, pondering. Fresh starts are GREAT!!! Happy for you Good Luck to you with your new adventure!!
