does healthy eating (to you) mean fruits and veggies?
no meat?
no cheese?
no processed foods?
all organic?
give me an example of what you eat when you feel like you are eating healthy.

If my bacon cheeseburger has lettuce on it, I'm eating healthy.

I know how well a super strict diet can work but it's just not for me. I TRY to stay away from grain carbs and get my carbs from fruit instead. Only lean meat and veggies in the evening. Lots of little snackies during the day. Oh and LOTS of water!

I saw where one of the NFL players said he lost 35lbs on a "Cookie Diet." He ate cookies for breakfast and lunch with a regular meal in the evening. I'm thinking this would be an ideal one, if it worked.

It's gotta be on the web somewhere.

To me, 'eating healthy' translates to 'everything in moderation.' If I feel I need to lose weight (or, gain) I restructure the amounts of certain foods that are currently in my diet (ie To gain: consume additional amounts of breads, cakes, pasta, etc. To Lose: consume additional amounts of water, greens, etc.).

I've done this diet--special high fiber cookies that are very dry. Eating a bag of Oreos won't worklaugh laugh

You should eat meat and cheese if you want. I always go for the low fat cheeses and lean meats.

Fav breakfast.... you can make it either like an omlete or since I always butcher omletes I do it more like a scramble.

Egg whites
cooked spinach
fat free feta cheese
diced tomato
salt and pepper to taste

Shouldn't be eating cheese all day long but you can have a serving every day if you like.
