I'm addicted  every night before I go to bed I sign 8 hr contracts and each morning while having my coffee I collect my money and sign 8 hr contracts so when I get home they're ready... Last night I signed 1 hr contracts b/c I was planning on being home.. Last minute a friend invited me to the movies so I went got back way late and all EVERY SINGLE one of my tenants skipped out on me and NO $$$

I didn't sign on for like 14 hrs so that was 13 hrs that it was sitting there... It doesn't say how long though... I sign the contracts based on how long I'll be away (I try to at least lol)
