Package never showed up, they couldn't track it and now the vendor is going to send me a new one.

The vendor is blaming it on USPS but from what I can see on their site they never got the package to send out.

Maybe that was why you couldn't track it...they assigned a tracking number to the order and then didn't mail it so it couldn't have been scanned in the post offices.

I've used it before each time it told me what state it was in or if it was in route to somewhere .

I've always used Certified Mail and tracking numbers and never had a problem. I can plug in the number on the Track and Confirm site and know exactly where the package is in the system, what day it was delivered, and what time the delivery took place. What more do they have to do ... ? That's pretty all-inclusive.

Eventually they are just going to come up with a transport device then we won't even have to worry about all the BS from USPS. that will be the day.

But then we'd all end up dying at 30 because we are all so overweight there was no need to walk through the mall or walk to our cars. lol.
