I gained 20 pounds after I quit.....of course it took me 40 years to gain it Ok, no pressure friend, I will look into the patches to help me. I know the gum doesn't work, so will try the patches. how much do you smoke a day? 3/4 to a pack a day...depends on the day and how bored/lonely I am. oh hell that's nothing. you could quit cold turkey.. I took a test once and it said that cigs are my crutch and well, food too. that's not a very strong crutch can ya feel the love Mary?

I don't smoke around them. thats 2 that I have told to do that and ya both said the same thing Maybe I missed my calling
