Pretty good. 25 KM bike ride today which loosened me up good. I got no work done however. That will keep you skinney I think she retired peg leg. yeah he got to be a bore...besides which Tim caught him with another woman. Oh yeah I remember now.

Hello again Carol (we have been chatting on yahoo today). Betty, Peg Leg is gonna get jealous of your Mounties!!!! Look at these guys Mary...wouldn't you ditch pegleg for them? They are a tad bit taller than the wooden man I got ya last year That they are...plus they are actually alive and breathing. I have a few pics of Alaska on my profile.

That was total. 12K there. I had a nice lunch and a relaxing low impact massage with this really interesting foot massage device that you stand on. It has dimples and vibrates which increases circulation. Really is an amazing machine. Then 12K back. The ride is usually about 6K but I took the long relaxing route. I love cycling. Man..at the rate you are going you could almost cycle to Kitchener.

This is the massage circulation machine I mentioned earlier. I sell part time and have free access to a few very wonderful low impact massage machines like shown above. They really are nice machines.

Like Steven Wright says, "Everywhere is walking distance if you have the time."

This is the massage circulation machine I mentioned earlier. I sell part time and have free access to a few very wonderful low impact massage machines like shown above. They really are nice machines. Looks awesome...I have RA and Fibromyalgia so I love low impact things, but some things still hurt me...like hot tubs...feels like I am being stabbed by millions of knifes!!! Walking is out cuz of nerve damage, so I have a sort of ski machine...works best so far. It's a Tony Little Gazelle.
