THESE BOOKS ARE AMAZING!
If you haven't read them, you really should. I recently re-started the first book, Wizards First Rule, and I'm hoping to meet other who have or are currently reading it because I have no one to share the experience with. Also, I'd love to talk about putting together a cast list (just for kicks) to see what actors people think would best portray those characters.
I only ask one favor, please don't make this a Legend of the Seeker page. I think that show was a disgrace to the books, and to television. It's like they just pissed on everything beautiful about the books and made it trash. More so though, it's inaccuracies where outrageous and it felt as if they simply read the back covers and wrote their own lame story.
Enough said! I hope to meet more fans of the books. And if any are near me then even better! :D

A friend of mine gave me the first book a few years ago and I was hooked.

Loved the books, loathed the tv show.

I have read 5 or 6 of the books & enjoyed them. I have never seen the show. Refused to watch. They never match charicters up right.
As for the mother confesser Sienna Miller, Richerd Jake Gillianhall,

I think Jake Gyllenhaal might be good for someone else, but I can't see him as Richard. And Siena Miller I def can't agree with as Kahlan. I can't think of who I'd cast for either of the two but I always pictured Richard to be somewhat of a Christian Bale looking guy.
One character I absolutely know who I'd cast for is Tobias Brogan (Blood of the Fold). He was one of my favorite characters and I think Daniel Day Lewis would be perfect for him.
