Topic: Do opposites attract? | |
---|---|
I don't think my "opposite" would share many of my core values with me....to far the other way and I just don't know what we would talk about. That was my concern about opposites. Core values are a must. I just can't see myself with an artsy, dancing, and exuberant kind of person, which seems to be most of the ladies that actually go out on the weekends because I assume that their core values defer from my own when infact some of them I might share core values. I would say you are definitely limiting yourself. |

And, if they do, can they make it work? I tried dating someone who was more like me....eccentric, some interesting belief systems and very introspective, but I couldn't stand him. I think my type is the old fashioned, country, good ol' boy who is very down to earth and spends most of him time hunting and fishing or camping or that kind of stuff. I hear you. I used to talk to someone, who was exactly like me in mind. Like a clone, but in a female form. We could talk for hours without stopping and both of us wanted to know more and more. Probably even get together to have a sex..if she didn't live so far. But to live together? Hell no. And after we decided that we both were in a situation where travel just wouldn't work out..we stopped talking. Tried to re-connect again, but we ended up saying that now we can't even stand each other, because we know almost exactly what we gonna say to each other. So that ended. And no, I don't want someone like me. |

I think opposites attract when it comes to lust. Something about throwing it to some uptight barbie bytch sounds like a good time in the sack. But other than that I couldnt stand to be around here. This quote....by Brother J......totally awesome!!! |

I found that they don`t just from personal experience with my ex. But I do think to an extent they can attract but, not forever. That is just from my experiences.

Does is count as an opposite is she is walking LOL I guess, technically, yes. I guess opposites must attract because its seems I am picking up some atrocious habits in my writing skills. Good gracious Could I have misspelled any more words? I'm not sure I like it, but I can live with that outcome if they are walking |

Now how about an eccentric gentleman farmer who makes liqueur from the wild cherries he grows. Introspective as well, love to chat with the neighbors as long as they know they the door sill is. |

"Eccentric". That's the word most often used to describe me. You grow cherries and make liqueur from them??? |

Wild cherries for wild dreams. But I'm not drunk. I'm excentric but that's too nice a word so many people just call me F==ed Up...which is their way of saying: hey, I don't have the imagination or the heart to understand this guy and his fancy words...but I can call him f==ed up. Don't feel bad. I have a very dry sense of humor and often misunderstood. I have been told that I am too sarcastic. Who knows? Maybe I am. |
