I have done mine through simple meditation and visualization. Nothing complicated. And, just a little at a time so I didn't get overwhelmed. It was very freeing and my magick is much more effective since I did it.

Yes, it's just not a deep issue for me either. I did some of the stuff in Penczak's book, but I simply didn't have enough issues to make a year-and-a-day drama out of it. For the most part I'm pretty free from any anger and rage. Some people on the GR forums probably think I have heavy anger issues concerning Christianity. But in truth, there's really no emotion attached to that at all. It's more of a 'technical issue' for me. I don't have any more emotion wrapped up in my disbelief of the biblical mythology than I have wrapped up in Greek Mythology. I simply don't associate the biblical mythology with God, and I have long since seperated Jesus out as a mortal individual whom I see as actually having become a 'victim' of the whole shebang.

I really have no anger or rage issues lingering around at all really. However, having said that, I did find the "Mirror Work" that Franz Bardon describes in his book to be useful. His method not only allows you to view 'negative' aspects of your soul, but also the 'positive' aspects as well. In other words, something 'postitive' can be bother you.

For example, you could be suffering from some sort of frustration because you aren't accomplishing something that you'd like to accomplish. This could be causing you emotional frustration that you misake as anger and rage, when in fact, it's actually frustration from not being able to move forward.

This is a case where frustration is being confused with anger or rage.

So sorting these emotions out can be really helpful. Is it something from your past that you need to dissapate? Or is it concern about future desires that's actually the cause of frustration? Obviously there are going to be extreme differences in how these two emotional issues are dealt with.

I've found that most of my emotion turmoil is associated with 'unfulfilled desire' rather than baggage from the past. You've got to look in both direction in the "Soul Mirror". Don't forget to look forward in time (in terms of desire) as well as backward in time.

I'm not sure if Penczak actually focuses too much on, looking forward in Shadow Work. But then again, I didn't do his Shadow Work in detail, so I can't really say for sure.

Most of my "Mirror Work" with Bardon revealed unfulfilled desire, rather than pent-up past emotions. So this is good because now I'm working toward fulfilling those desires.

This is why I've boarded the Qabalah Rocket to the stars. bigsmile

Here is what I did. (And, you probably already know this, but I figured I throw it out there).

I actually wrote out my goals, very specifically, for the next 2 years and then longer ones....where I wanted to be 5 to 10 years from now. It's much easier to manifest specific goals when you've got them clearly defined. Since doing that, most of mine are coming together quite rapidly and I'm ahead of schedule.

There are some things I'm still working on defining. I think manifesting in this world requires a map. Just like the Qabalah tree. But, I make the map and then get ready for "blast off".

As a side note....I was surprised when I originally did this a year ago, how hard it was for me to pinpoint what I wanted. It required some pretty deep soul searching on my part and that's when I started the shadow work. But, it's paid off and I'm reaping the rewards with some major progress.

You are where you want to be. If you are not moving on, it is your choice.
