Unless you drink gallons of coffee, I would just take your vitamins and drink your coffee and not worry about absorption.

Caffeine is also extremely dehydrating and not recommended as part of a daily diet; this includes caffeine in sodas, some medications, tea and supposed energy drinks.
Wheatgrass shots are by far is a better option. The nutritional value alone will boost your energy, cell regeneration and the absorption of your daily menu. Also, consider buying all liquid supplements: iron, vitamins, b-Complex, Krill and Omegas, etc. The body only metabolizes about 1/3 of any type of pill and eliminates the rest. Either take 3x the pill form or get it all via liquid intake and/or sublingual (including medicaitons). |
