Just now I went through a bunch of photos on my computer..and as I go from 2005 and on..I can track how much I have changed. As far as weight goes, I'm not too far behind what my weight was back then, but it's a different weight now (muscle)..and it has to do with a lot of physical work I do (for living) as well as started lifting again, although there isn't much of a variation, but I mix it with regular exercise such as push ups and a variety of other things that requires no equipment.

This is me in like..2007 April. I think I had this picture on mingle when I first signed up.

2008, I was really having a belly sick (that's my ex g/f with me in Washington DC)

and this is 2010 June (before my haircut ;-))

While I don't really have a full body shot.now (beside what you see on my profile).but you can tell even by my just face..but I also feature a much fatter belly..LOL...hopefully I'll shred all the fat off If I continue just do what I do..maybe increase it progressively.

thanks! Try to go as far as I can...I want my 32 inch waist back, I had in '98.

My weight wasn't much different except I got a 36 inch waist and I can't do my 82 push ups anymore..I'm lucky if i get to 25 and that bothers me. sad2

Very cool Atlantis. It is interesting to see changes. Now I need to take a look at my photos. I know I want to get back to my 150lbs, 29-30inch waist that I look best at.

Did the pictures help motivate you, or were you already working on losing the weight and what you wanted before you looked at them?

I started working out a while ago, but not regularly. Actually I always worked out to a certain degree .still not too regular..I also don't eat much and I avoid soft drinks at all costs.
This is major Kendra, if you drink sodas and coke , stop it. I noticed that even on several events there is no other option so I didn't drink, i looked for a fountain or faucet, but there is no way I'll drink that crap anymore.

Yeah, the off and on thing has been me, between the farm work, and summer versus winter.

Whimpers. tears I know! I know. The sodas are what's hurting me. I'm down to 2 cans a day, and slowly working on quiting that. I'm trying to offset with iced tea, and then work to water totally.
