We all want to be happy. But happiness must be found within oneself. Another person cannot make you happy. They can just compliment your happiness. tristan. That's odd because when I have a girlfriend, I'm on cloud 9. And when she's gone I'm sad. Any insight ? |

Should that be a red flag when someone you are interested in says that. In answer to your question, YES red flag that. Here is why: Her saying that she just wants to be happy means that she IS NOT HAPPY. If a person is not happy, it usually means that they are not happy with them self. It also means that she is looking for someone else to 'make them happy." I don't think you should take on that responsibility. People can't make other people happy. I would tell her... okay, then just be happy! Who's stopping you? |
