We all know msmyka gets feisty about certain subjects. One of them is people who judge others with tattoos. I have a tattoo on my tongue, that says "Msmyka and her value-judgment system based merely on tattoos is... well, mistaken." |

I love the idea of a tattoo on the back of my neck...just below my hairline...if I want it to show, wear my hair up...if not, wear my hair down. That's the identical ideological basis of how skirts came about as a female fashion-wear. |

Fawking brilliant assessment .... how about you go post in a thread where you have something productive to say. |

It's weird because I had to have it re-done not too long ago and I didn't remember it hurting that bad the first time. Maybe because there was scar tissue from the first time? I dunno but it was not pleasant lol |

I was in court today with 2 visible tattoos yeah well Don't do it ! Everyone I know, who has tatoos, all say the same thing. They all say they wish they never got them. Get a bumper sticker instead. usually the story i hear from older folks, yes. which is why i'd always argue to not get them where they're visible in a t-shirt doubt i'll tattoo or pierce(repierce in some cases) anything that's visible to most. why? because people do judge. right or wrong, life is damn sure easier when you look a bit more of the norm |

This goes for things other than tattoos as well. |

All I hear is "waaah, people judge me too much! "

no, not anymore. i've cut the hair, i have no piercings that can be seen, and i dress somewhat normal. people think i'm an upstanding citizen and treat me with far more respect than they did when i looked less traditional.
life is easier when you blend with the rest of the herd and about the neck tattoo... do whatever you want with your body. |

okay, not the greatest picture but this cross is on the back of my neck...only to be seen if I wear my hair up. Yes, it hurt in a couple of spots, but I think I know why it did.... That's awesome! A lot bigger than what I was planning...but very cool! Almost like a celtic cross??? Yes, it is a Celtic cross. Instead of the usual greens or black, I had it filled in in a light purple and outlined in black. I will look for a clearer picture to post for you. Can't get the pic to load, but it is on my profile on here. |

But I get the message, loud and clear. I will go away now. |

I'm covered in tats and the only place I ever felt any unpleasantness was my fingers. I don't think tats hurt at all. just feels like scratching a sunburn. Then after wards you have a nice high going for the rest of the day.
