It means it's not a very creative style, IMHO. Creative is a subjective word, of course, but I mean something that requires some sense of style or fashion (in any sense of the words). humm he would still look good!

Yeah, but he'd get pulled over every 50 feet ! 
Cops won't pull me over. Not in the last 12 years or so...they know my car and know me, I got some friends there. Maybe in another town.
