Omg that is sad! I would be interested in knowing what the shelter meant by "behavioral issues" and if these issueshad ever cropped up before? Was this a no-kill shelter? I'm suprised they didn't contact Catsloveme before doing such a thing. Especially since they told him Amber would be adopted! I would want names! My heart goes out to you both! 
 They did say she would've been adopted, but she scratched, and bit one of the vets once, so they put her down!!

I'm very sorry to hear about his cat. That's incredibly sad.
This is why I could never give up my cats in order to move somewhere else. If they're not allowed to go, then I'd have to wait and find a new place. |
