I have a pole but it's not brass.........I've hung towels on it before...AhhhhHaaaaa...So, that's what it's for!!! To hang towels on....

i did, but i removed it, got a stonger one, and put a stage under it, but no dancers yet, or maybe ever.... and in the living room, i've made a 12th century norman style grotto, complete with gargoyles, and vines. the guest bedroom will be an egyptian tomb soon, half done now....
