Topic: Exactly how much crack are California democRATS smoking? | |
---|---|
A California congresswoman is pointing the finger at white supremacist groups, who she says have inspired Arizona's new law cracking down on illegal immigrants. Rep. Linda Sanchez, D-Calif., told a Democratic Club on Tuesday that white supremacist groups are influencing lawmakers to adopt laws that will lead to discrimination. "There's a concerted effort behind promoting these kinds of laws on a state-by-state basis by people who have ties to white supremacy groups," said the lawmaker, who is of Mexican descent. "It's been documented. It's not mainstream politics." its obvious to me that this woman thing is crippled from the neck up, but I would expect nothing less from a democRAT! |

no she doesn't make sense, and attacking a political party for one persons comment doesn't either.

no she doesn't make sense, and attacking a political party for one persons comment doesn't either. How about attacking one stupid, liberal party who put political correctness over common sense and the safety of its citizens? I lived in Phoenix. If you believe that you want illegal ALIENS in your back yard making their own laws, move to Phoenix. If you can afford it, you'll move out the 1st chance that you get. Fortunately democrats will be a rare sight in power after the next elections. |

Those who have bothered to read the Arizona law know that it is the same as the Federal law that is already in place. The only difference is the State is taking over enforcement instead of the Feds.I listened to a interview recently concerning the Arizona Governor and she said she knew that they would be throwing every sort of lawsuit at her for any reason and had every little word in the bill written iron clad.
Federal law concerning carrying ID 8 USC 1304(e): (e) Personal possession of registration or receipt card; penalties Every alien, eighteen years of age and over, shall at all times carry with him and have in his personal possession any certificate of alien registration or alien registration receipt card issued to him pursuant to subsection (d) of this section.
