What the?! A zombie series was trying to sneak past me! Dead Set on IFC, I DVR'd the first 3 episodes(haven't watched them yet)...
Just recently MTV aired little shorts that were spoofs of The Real World- in it the Real World cast were beset by zombies- better than the real thing. |

thanks ill have to check those out. have you read pride prejudice and zombies?is it a good read? i hadnt heard about a wwz movie any idea on a timeline? thanks again and i gotta say this again excellent post the best one ive seen yet! Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is a fun read, it's supposedly being made into a movie with Natalie Portman. The author's other book Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter is also a lot of fun. World War Z I think has a 2012 release. Brad Pitt is producing and starring, and it will be directed by Mark Forster(Monster's Ball) I seen the concept artwork for The battle for Yonkers 
I tend to wait till the final product before getting too excited. Usually end up getting disappointed at most of the so called ''horror'' crap that came out in the last several years. I think the best Mainstream zombie movies in the last several years was DOTD 04. The images, make up, story, the sets, atmosphere, characters were done so good. Just a damn great remake. I am hoping for this to be in World War Z. Too many times we have been let down. The hills have eyes and The Crazies were also so damn good. All the others were just so pathetic and a waste of time and money. |

I think 28 Days Later was also excellent. Dead Snow was brilliant. Though not an all-out zombie movie I Love The Dead was really good. Shaun Of The Dead was fantastic. Fido was great. I also enjoyed Land Of The Dead, Diary Of The Dead, Dance Of The Dead, Dead & Breakfast, Doghouse, Zombie Honeymoon, Dead Air, Pontypool, Planet Terror, and Undead.

I consider The Crazies the same type of film as 28 Days Later since 28 Days was inspired by Romero's original The Crazies.
