Is there an anime lover here? Well, by anime, I mean Japanese Cartoons like Doraemon, AstroBoy, Speedracer. Of course anime not just for the kids too, there is a lot anime that focused on more mature audience, like basilisk, shigurui which show a lot of violence, and sometimes anime sho a quite complex understanding of philosophy like Neon Genesis Evangelion....God, I tend to blabber much when talk about anime

I'm not a huge anime fan- did grow up watching Speedracer, Star Blazers, and Robotech...and did get to see Akira, Robot Carnival, and Project A-ko on the big screen.

yeah the old good anime, especially akira. The movie really awesome. Akira, and then NG Evengelion really influenced a lot anime.

Berserk, Hellsing, Vampire Hunter D, Ninja Scroll, Gantz, M.D. Geist, Wicked City, Macross: Do You Remember Love are all awesome. I honestly don't think I've watched much else other than those =/

Oh, and I forgot Akira. Hope the liveaction is good.

Akira live action eh? Hope they as good as the anime. Many live action that based anime,didn't meet my expectation :(

And wow u watched gantz too, well i rather read its manga than the anime. It's more detailed and the story better than anime version.

They're making or ahve already made 2 live action Gantz movies. Both with the release date of 2011.

Gantz, Bleach, Elfin Lied... thats about all the ones I remember. I mostly read manga in the past.

Cowboy Beebop is one on my faves, but I sort of cringe at the idea of Keanu Reeves playing Spike in this stupid upcoming live version of it. I love anything by Miyazaki

I loved Escaflone. Wicked City? I think that was the name of the movie. I do admit to watching some henti.

We watch anime, that's a given.

I enjoy some anime. My current favorites are Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, and Romeo and Juliet

what...another adaptation to movie? they didn't learn from the past, did they? A legendary Dragon Ball anime was turned into a movie that destroy all the good things about DB >_<

ur main genre of anime seems like shoujo anime, well i recommend u watch Wallflower/Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge, Clannad, Kanon and Air.

Escaflowne one of the series that aired on tv in my country, but never finished :(. well since i got all episodes from torrent, finally finished the series after 10 years aired on tv ^^;. Yeah I know about wicked city but never got the movie myself, only read the review

Ghost in the Shell, Vampire Hunter D, Akira, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball, DBZ, Sailor Moon, Ranma 1/2, AH My Goddess, Witch Hunter Robin, Wolfs Rain, Hellsing, Wicked City, inuyasha, naruto, bleach... (kinda) full metal alchemist, Macross, Gundam, my list goes on and on...

that and whatever happens to catch my eye at the monthly anime fest at atomic comics

oh wow, u watch air and clannad ... could fall for u lol. well really touched by clannad, especially the 2nd season or ~After Story~...Ahh those touching and sad moments, really love clannad. hope they will make something which quality in par or even better than clannad.
GunXSword, hmm cool mecha, but really, the plot seems too linear, and the background of each characters didn't seem deep enough, but overall I enjoy watched the series too.

did u watch noein too? wow I'm astounded, noein really awesome imo. even the character design, well it seemed weird at first but after a few episodes, i came to like the design of chara.
