Hey everyone. I am new to the site and have been also trolling the profiles, does anyone check their accounts on here?? As I posted earlier, the reply rate for sending out emails is low. You have a better chance of meeting someone if you regularly post in the forums. Something else to consider is attraction. If you are not their type, they probably won't reply. Online dating is a great supplement to real-life dating - but don't only use online dating. Pictures and a profile aren't enough for someone to know you which is a downfall to online dating. Meeting you in person allows an individual to see you animated; they can also tune into your personality. There is a better chance of chemistry in real-life dating. A person meeting you online may not be attracted to you via JUST your profile but that same person - meeting you in person - at the store or another public place (instead) might be more inclined to date you. How many times have you said, “She’s not my type” but after you get to know her – you are more attracted to her? That is what happens with online dating. You see just a picture and think, “She is not my type”. More than likely if you meet her – eye to eye – somewhere else you might become attracted to her because you have live interaction. Join the forums! It’s fun regardless of your mission.
